Most arrive within a few days. The Oracle reads in their own time, not on a queue — drafts are reviewed before delivery so each reading earns the price.

Can I cancel the Collective subscription or get a refund?

Cancel any time from your Stripe receipt or the Oracle admin dashboard — billing stops at the end of the current cycle. Each $5 Personal Reading is composed to order, so refunds are not offered once the Oracle begins work.

What does each tier actually include?

Personal Reading ($5, one-time): a single written reading drawn from your natal chart and Sephirotic profile. Collective Reads ($9.99 / month): a thematically framed dispatch on the 1st of each month, delivered to every member of the circle. Prayer ($5 per prayer, launching soon): a focused prayer held in the Oracle's ongoing sacred attention.

Can I switch tiers or upgrade from Personal to Collective mid-cycle?

Yes. The tiers are independent — you can subscribe to Collective at any time, or send a $5 Personal prayer whenever a single question surfaces, without ending the other. Past Personal readings remain in your archive when you join the Collective.

Is the Collective $9.99 the same content as the $5 reading?

No. The Collective dispatch is a thematically framed monthly reflection sent to every member on the 1st — a circle-wide reading, not a personal one. The $5 Personal Reading is composed for your own question, natal chart, and Sephirotic profile, and arrives with the PDF character sheet.

Question 6

How is my birth data handled, and what if my question is short?

Only what your prayer requires is stored: email, name, question, and birth data (date, time, place). Birth data feeds the natal chart and Sephirotic profile computationally — it is never sold or used for profiling. Short questions are welcome; the chart and profile carry the reading even when the question is brief.
